Hi Manoj,
Hope you are doing well. Yes, it is mandatory that a candidate should be present during COMED-K counselling. During COMED-K counselling, there are certain procedures to be followed like biometric verification and document verification. For biometric verification, the fingerprints of the candidates will be checked. So it is necessary for any candidate to present for the counselling.
