Hello Partho

Yes ,it is necessary for the candidate to be present during the course of counselling.

The candidates will have to report for counselling according to the date and time allotted in the call letter. The allotment of dates and timing will be done according to the ranks of the candidates in the merit list. If the candidates fail to report at their allotted timing then they will be disqualified.

Students parent/guardian can attend the counselling with letter written by student justifying for not being present for counselling.

I dont think college authority will allow for that.
