Hey Lushpendra.

Yes it is necessary to produce the latest OBC non creamy layer certificate at the time of the admission in any of the good college like NITs , IIITS or GFTIs and IITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. If u failed to submit that one ur candidature might get cancelled.
