There are total 23 IITs in India. The IITs are the best institutes to pursue Under Graduation or Post Graduation Engineering courses in India. There are around 13000 B.Tech seats in all IITs. So, if one gets the seat in any of the IIT, then it is so obvious that he / she is one of the most brilliant students across the nation for engineering course.

But when thing comes for being successful then it totally depends on the student. Top companies from nation or abroad always give priority for the recruitment of IITians. So, if the student is brilliant, sincere, disciplined, honest, possess a good sense of humor, has a detailed knowledge about the field or has a very good managing skills or other relevant skills, then he produces a great chance of being hired by top companies. And yeah, if once a student gets placed in top company at a good post, then surely he will have the life that everyone dream to have.

Being successful isn't only about getting a seat in IIT. It's all about passionately acquiring the discipline that one is pursuing. Success needs a continuous and honest study throughout the years of graduation. In one perspective, being successful clearly means to achieve what you want and what you dream. And that requires a continuous efforts, no matter whether you are in private engineering college or in IIT. The one who has the determination and perseverance to achieve the dream, achieves it with continuous and honest efforts.
