Is it necessary to apply for MBA in any colleges before taking exams like CMAT,MAT or other exams..??

Hello,
I am not clear what are you asking exactly. I know you want to ask so many things. I understand but be clear in your thought process that what exactly you want to ask.
Well my friend. Cat, mat and other entrance exam are for mba admissions.
These exams will get you a seat in top b schools.
Without these entrance exams you won't be able get an admission into top b schools.
In state universities, mba process varies as they have their own entrance exams.
