 it depends on the college you are applying for,i am pcb student and i am studying civil engineering.all you need to do is follow up with maths.i think in biotechnology there is little maths.Biotechnology is a good field nice choice,

General Eligibilty Criteria -
The minimum academic qualification required to be fulfilled for appearing in JEE is a 10+2 qualification from a recognized educational Board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as the main subjects.
