Well, in case if you have been allotted a seat in first 7 rounds and you have accepted it ( by submitting the required documents and paying the seat acceptance fee) then you do not need to report at an RC after 7th round.

After 7 rounds of counseling there will be a special round for the NITs,IIITs and GFTIs.There will be new choice filling in this round.The candidates who didn't fill choices earlier or did not accept a seat allotted to them or didn't get a seat in the first 7 rounds can participate in this round.
