Look, Having a knowledge of any programming language will surely benefit in your semesters in BCA . But, it's not necessary , just an additional interest you can say before pursuing this course .

As you know , BCA eligibility tells that , any student from arts/commerce /science stream, those who have passed 12th exam with required marks are eligible to opt BCA course . So, those who will come from arts /commerce background , it's natural that they may not have any programming knowledge before opting this course .

So, again I can say , you can learn C/C++/Python/Java through free resources and can  be advanced about gaining knowledge .But , it's not compulsory for opting this course .

Bachelor in computer applications is a course which teaches students about the basic of programming and web development. Any college starts the course with the simplest basics of any programming language taking in consideration that all the students are first time learners. So you need not to worry about that but having a prior knowledge about c++ but the basics of  programming would help you alot in the future. C++ language is the most widely used language for web development and is not very difficult to learn if you are interested about coding. You can start learning with the free resources available online and on YouTube. Try to learn the concepts and then practice a lot of question available online. Even if you do not want to do so it is absolutely fine and you not need to worry about it.

It isn't necessary to learn C, C++, java, or python before taking admission for BCA. Most of the programming languages are going to be taught during your college course. However, it is recommended to try learning some basics of computer programming. That will be beneficial for you. Try learning some algorithms and data structure to be good at the same.
