Dear Bindu, NEET PG correction window will open from December 7th to December 15th tentatively. But during this window, you cannot make changes to details like your Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Gender, Mobile Number, Email Id, Exam city, Photograph, Signature and your Category. So you cannot make changes to your photograph. Having said that, not mentioning name and date on your application doesn't call for a rejection of the application. So, you are fine even if you do not have name and date on your scanned and uploaded photograph.
