Dear Bhavika, it is not mandatory to join the college allotted in Round 2. You either can forfeit your seat and withdraw from the counselling or you can wait for mop up round and check your options. Either ways your security amount will be refunded after all the rounds of counselling have been completed and so it doesnt really make a point in dropping in Round 2.
