Yes, it is required to get an equivalence certificate from AIU for any international board student to get admission in any Indian university because AIU verifies that you have done your education from the regular mode or not before issuing the equivalent certificate and for IGCSE it is mandatory that you have minimum five subjects in A, B, C Grades including English at ordinary “O” level and two or three subjects at advanced “A” level which are equated with 10+2 stage qualification. If you wish to join any professional course then it is required to have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics in advanced level and English at AS-LEVEL then only you will get the certificate.
