Where were you told to pay a demand draft of 1 lakh for AIIMS? Which AIIMS? Who said?

In INFORMATION BROUCHRE of aiims , it is written to pay demand draft. May be I am wrong , please tell me

Demand drafting of 5700 about Total fees. And if mess money for a year is taken then 2700*12
