I wish I could say no. Situations and sensibilities differ from home to home. In your situation you are the only one who can convince your parents to let you pursue your dream of studying abroad. The one thing that may convince them is your dedication towards your studies and your results. If you are able to score well and also able to get a seat in your desired college it may help your cause. Try convincing them and give it your all.
