JEE Main is for admission into top engineering colleges like IITs,IISERs,IISC etc.

The eligibilty for a student are the following:

• Candidates need to have a minimun 75% marks in class XII or equivalent or be in the top 20 in their class XII exam conducted by the respected board
• For SC/ST candicates,the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.

So you need to score 75 % as a whole and not 75 in each of the individual subjects individually i.e in Biology,Physics,mathematics.
