Dear Sushmita, you needn't send any letter regarding your Registration to ICAI Regional Office, Kanpur. For that matter, you needn't send any letter to any office. You will use your Registration no# for applying for exams. For registering with ICAI and for filling the application form, please use this link: https://sdb.icai.org/stud/defaul.aspx
