So you are applying for EFLU undergraduate programme, I would like to inform you that yes,  Community certificate is mandatory if you belong to any one of the castes(OBC/SC/ST).

You will have to present the Caste certificate because The college provides some reservations of seats on the basis of caste.But you don't need to worry if you belong tp general category.
