Ho shahbaz,

If you don't want that seat you were allowed in the round one of the counselling then you can go with upgradation option in  your application.

Then you will be considered for the second round of counselling in  your state and there you can change your choices of colleges.

For any other query you can ask us.

Hi Shahbaz Ansari,

You are not forced or it is a compulsion for you to accept your seat and take admission allocated in round 1 counselling. You are free to reject it. You are not penalized for it. You can freely proceed to the upcoming rounds of counselling.

But it is written in the user manual like this"Q. No. 13: Is it necessary to join allotted Medical/Dental College to get chance to participate in next round (2nd)?Answer: Yes, candidates are required to join allotted institution/college and complete the admission formalities then only candidate can exercise option to participate in next round(s) at allotted college, during admission process."
