Hello,

First of all AIBE which is All India Bar Examination is conducted by Bar Council of India for all law graduates whether it's five years integrated course or three years LLB course to provide certificate of practice , and this is mandatory for any law graduate regarding practicing in court, hence acquiring law degree won't suffice in this case, you will be required to qualify AIBE to practice in court, for UR/OBC it's 40% aggregate, and for SC/ST it's 35% aggregate,

the eligibility criteria to appear for AIBE is passed graduation in law whether it's of integrated five years duration or three years duration from a university recognized by BCI, also candidates are required to enroll in state bar council, what happens is if you're only enrolled with state bar council you will only be able to act as provisonal advocate not as practicing lawyer, explore more detailed information regarding this by visiting our page at https://law.careers360.com/articles/aibe/amp
