is it nessasary to do post education after completing bds degree...or we can directly open clinic??

No, this is not compulsory.
After successful graduation, you have all the freedom to either opt for post- graduation or start your own practice just after graduation.
Generally students opt for post graduation ie MDS to get more exposure and knowledge.
It is completely your choice whether you want to do PG or not
