It depends which particular job you want to go for because if you want to apply for any banking profession job like Bank PO, clerk etc on the basis of O Level course then the eligibility and recruitment process vary exam/post wise and to get recruited in bank there are various exams which you will have to clear but this is a foundation course of computer application so yes, this wil be giving you IT knowledge. Also, after completing this course, you can work as -

Programmer Assistant

Junior Programmer

Computer Operator

IT Lab Assistant

Teaching Assistant etc.
