Yes you can surely study in US but the fact is that US Universities take High graded students in academics with holistic applications.Some A+ graded institutes take average to below average indian students but obviously you need to sit for a screening test before getting admissions to those colleges.However you can also give exams like SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT for higher studies in abroad.
