It is okay to play games but only after completing your daily target. We are humans and not machines so we need some rest and activities to help our brain to function well. If you are putting 8-10 in studies everyday then you surely deserve to play 1 hour. Try to play outdoor games because it will keep you mind and body fit and healthy.

Everything in a limit is good. If playing games refreshes your mind and then you can focus more in your studies then there is no harm in playing games but if you are addicted to it then that can be a big problem. Jee requires devotion consistency and a lot of hard work. If you simply waste your time in playing games then forget about cracking jee. My advice would be to play games in a limit and focus more on your studies.
