Yes, it is quite risk , because you have not more chance to give JEE,
If you drop this time then you have to be serious in your study . You have to use your full time and prepared your self. You can also take admission in coaching institute like akash . Also clear your doubt in google or youtube . Practice best books .Make a routine. Study 6 to 7 hours
Or you can get admission in your near engineering college. As per your JEE Mains marks there should be many college where you can get admission.
So you can predict you rank and also as per your rank you can predict your college from below link
