I assume you are concerned about the documents that need to be produced at the time of Document Verification in the couselling procedure of Karnataka PGCET. See the documents need to be attested by not the principal but the Dean or somebody up in the authority of colllege. Principal are usually in schools not colleges. And the college should be your own only otherwise it won't make any sense.
