Hi, CLAT and MBA exams have different difficulty levels so it woundn't be advised to use CLAT books for the preparation of MBA CAT exam as MBA Exam id much more difficult and exam pattern also varies. In order to crack any exam it is important ro study from particular books and solve previous papers to know about the exam pattern.

For verbal ability and reading comprehension you can use books like: 

• How to Prepare for Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension for the CAT by Arun Sharma and Meenakshi Upadhyay
• Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension For The CAT by Nishit Sinha

To increase your vocabulary you can use Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis

For Data Interpretaion, some of the best books to study from are:

• A Modern Approach to Logical Reasoning by R.S. Agarwal
• How to Prepare for Logical Reasoning for CAT book by Arun Sharma
• Data Interpretation by Nishit Sinha
• Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation for the CAT by Nishit Sinha

Well its true that the topics you have mentioned are common in both the exams . So , you can also refer to the CLAT books for CAT preparation .

But to do so , you have to keep in your mind that the CLAT exam is a way easier than CAT. So , in books of CLAT , you wil find easier questions. Even after solving all the questions of CLAT exam , this may happen that you may not be able to solve CAT questions as they are of tougher level. But for CAT exams , you should be practising hard level questions as well. So ,i suggest you to do these sections from CAT books only.
