is it possible for a person holding a chemical engineering degree to become a pharmaceutical scientist?

Hello,


No,absolutely not possible. B.tech is different field and Pharmacy is totally different.Chemical Engineering only knows teaches about organic Chemistry.If you want to become a pharmaceutical scientist/researcher you must hold a degree of B.Pharma, M.Pharma and Ph.D in pharmacy.
But being a chemical engineer you can work in the pharmaceutical industry as a chemical engineer.
