CLAT and DULLB are 2 different exams for law studies only.
CLAT can be done after 12th wheras DULLB can be done after graduation.
CLAT is for 5 years and DULLB is for 3 years.

Any category student can clear any competitive exam it just matters how hard you prepare for it.
Based on your qualification, you can choose which exam you are eligible for.
