Hi Gururaj,

Please make sure to mention the name of the entrance examination or the name of the counselling process so that we can get a better picture of your query and also please be informed that if you have not paid the fees of the counselling then although you might be allotted a seat in the counselling process but your candidature would not be valid for accepting the seat and taking further admission. So it is not compulsory for you to join the college where you have been allotted a seat.
