Which colleges are avilablea ....to change the branch

I also want to change may branch from mechanical (diploma) to computer science  (B.E) . I wanna you ask that should i change my branch or should continue to old one? Please give your right opinion?

amit Kushwaha In government college I want to take admission by lateral entry in B. Tech . I am student of diploma in mechanical engineering. But I want to change my branch. My question is that I am completed my diploma course in mechanical engineering but I want take admission in computer engineering so entrance paper come related to mechanical engineering or computer engineering. Pls reply me.
