In most of the exams, they don't give provision of changing the test centre beforehand, once the application is completely submitted. If you have a valid reason contact the respective authority, they may help you with the same.

Hi Kavita! The NMAT by GMAC officials has not stated any option to change the test centre. You could enter your preferred city during registration and the test centre will be allotted based on the availability of the seats, You can choose the centre each time during registration for retake. To be on the safe side, you can contact the exam authorities and request them for centre change.
