Yes it is possible to crack neet without coaching classes. But i would advise u to join coaching classes as they provide the best material u need to solve the paper and get tricks already prepared for you to solve paper in less time.
They regularly keep test for you to check ur progress and know where u r standing in crowd
They show u ur ranking in crowd and help to make good marks

However, I would suggest you to join the coaching classes as they will help you to learn tricks and solve the paper within a certain time bound. They will also help you to track on your progress and take mocks and improvise.
