Hello Aspirant!

Yes, it is absolutely possible to score 340+ in Biology in NEET UG.
Infact, the topper of NEET UG 2018, Kalpana Kumari scored full marks in biology ie. 360 out of 360.
Read NCERT thoroughly and practise a lot of MCQs.

Hello aarthipy, Yes there are many candidates who have scored more than 340 marks in biology.. biology subject is very important subject it helps to develop in strategic manner .. so yes u can get good marks ie above 350 in bio subject in neet examS
