Yes it is possible to take admission in 3rd year of a bachelor degree, but you must follow the following steps

• The candidate must have passed the 2nd year of B.com from any college under a recognized university of India.

• Students must get a NOC from the college from where he/she has already passed 1st year and 2nd-year student must get their migration certificate from their previous university.
