CLAT is one of the toughest exam which is required to clear for getting admission in NLUs in India. Getting NLU with 24000 rank is very difficult as it's cutoff is very high. It is nearly impossible for a general category student to get NLU with 24000 rank.

At an AIR around 24,000, getting an NLU is generally very difficult.
In most cases, NLU seats close much earlier, even for reserved categories.
Only in rare situations (like vacant seats or special domicile/reservation cases) might a very new NLU be possible.
