It is quite impossible to get familiar with all the concepts and topics that are there in JEE syllabus. Since the syllabus is very huge you won'y be able to manage it now. If you want to do anything for the January attempt then just go through the major important topics of JEE which are sure to be there in the question paper. Solve previous year question paper to familiarize with the paper pattern. You can try now but aim for the second attempt that is in April.

There is very less time for Jee Main in January, so you can prepare for the second turn paper in April.

You cannot prepare completely but you can make you may qualify with average rank if you start sincerely your preparation from now .

Go through the important topics.
