In order to study abroad after 12th grade, the admission requirements vary depending upon the country and the university of application.

For most universities in the United States, you will need:

• An SAT or an ACT score above the minimum score required by the university. For specific programs, subject test scores apart from general test scores are also required.
• A TOEFL test score for English language proficiency requirement. TOEFL test scores are the most accepted in US universities.

For most universities outside the US i.e. in Europe and Australia:

• A central or state board senior secondary qualification. Most universities only accept students who have score above 75% or 70% in their senior secondary examinations. Some programs also have a minimum percentage requirement for subject exams as well.
• An English language proficiency test score from either IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic or CAE. Some universities accept substantial marks in a communicative English subject in place of test scores. 

Apart from these two major requirements, candidates also need the following:

• Letters of recommendation (two or three)
• A statement of purpose or personal statement
• A curriculum vitae 
• A completed application form and paid application fee

• IELTS
• TOEFL.
• Pearson Test of English (PTE)

Yes it is possible to study abroad after 12th grade. You can pursue your undergraduate degree abroad. For this you might hve to appear for centain test like SAT ( for US, Canada, Singapore etc). Also, the the requirements to study undergraduation abroad vary depending on the country, university and programme.
