Yes of course you can,if you are good at management and interested in MBA more then biology go for it.
Who knows you might end up owning a hospital or pharma company.

You get a command over two disciplines - Management and Biotechnology which is quite fruitful in some way for you.

Your scope of getting placed widens as you are suitable for managerial job as well.

Only disadvantage of doing MBA after B.Tech Biotechnology is that you get detached from your graduation field as management is not at all related to biotechnology.
Furthermore, you can take MBA in biotechnology as the course subject. Eligibility for the same is :-

• You should have a bachelor's degree in medicine or engineering from a recognised university
• Some colleges offer this course based upon entrance (CAT, MAT etc scores) while some offer admission based on separate entrance tests.

yes, it is possible to study management after biotechnology despite them being absolutely different. you will have an edge over the other candidates for placement of managerial posts in biotech and pharmaceutical firms.

Talking about the difficulty, it depends on the specialisation in MBA that you wish to do.Also you may face difficulty in auditing,accounting and economics but little extra effort will help you overcome that problem.

Remember there is nothing that a science student cannot do.
