You can apply for MS in various college outside India even if you are from another field. Only thing should be, you should be able to convince them of your abilities that you can fulfill the basic requirements & need to have the basic knowledge needed for you to complete your course. With proper knowledge & examination of your knowledge, you can get admission in colleges/universities outside India. Just make them aware that you know about the topic you are taking admission into. If you are able to convince them, there's no issue about it.
