Yeah its true. I rechecked it. It was due to Mop round counselling.

What is mop counselling sir?

See mop up counselling , is a special counselling done after, 3rd counselling, if seats remain unfilled after 3rd counselling.
In mop up round students who have not gone for 1/2/3 counselling, or have not taken seat in 1/2/3 counselling are allowed to appear . Many candidates don't know about that due to which candidates with huge ranks, are lucky to get seat.
