Dear Madhva,

You can't get your certificate year wise from any university if you are doing BTech. You will get the certificate after the completion of your degree which means after 4 years not prior to that but if you have any backlog or you might face any problem in your exam then the certificate will be delayed and will exceed more than 4 years.
