It depends on the preparation level. Not many students can acheive these marks in JEE main exam. For getting these marks you should be able to try the medium level questions of the paper. If you are able to score about 300+ in any coaching or online mock test then you can acheive 250.

To achieve these marks you should be crystal clear in your concepts, do not have exam pressure, know how to manage the time, focus on the highest weightage chapters during your preparation.
