If you are in the process of taking admission in a college then the college would specify you about the documents they require. Since every college has their own policies so it may differ. Sometimes you may be required and some not. So it's advisable to ask them beforehand.

You have to upload 12th classmark sheet and not the pass certificate. But when. The counselling session starts you will need it as many colleges ask for it, so I will advice you to keep it prepared before hand so that you don't fall into trouble afterwards
