Hi Aspirant,

It is an exam open for all.However reservation is applicable only for 8% of seats which are reserved for students from Hyderabad Karnataka .The same reservation is applicable for 70% in colleges functioning only in the same 6 districts which includes Bellary, Kalburgi, Yadgir, Koppal, Raichur & Bidar.
