There is no such information yet as for now the schools, colleges, cinema halls, swimming pools will remain closed until the end of the month that is till end of September. According to unlock 4 which was announced 31st August 2020 the schools, colleges, cinema halls, swimming pools will remain closed until the end of the month. Mostly the government will announce the guidelines for the next unlock by the end of September and then we will know whether the colleges will be opened or not.
