If You are Talking about NEET than Yes From This year's Onwards NTA has made changes and made NIOS students Eligible to appear for NEET, IF this wsacNkt the Your question then Please write Us, We will be happy to answer Your Queries.

So If You are a NIOS student then You are eligible.
