Hello Prabhat,

Yes it is true that the number of students appeared for WBJEE 2019 decreased due to JEE ADVANCE, but the number of decreased candidates is not specified till yet. Even though the number has decreased but it will not decrease drastically. The number will vary anything between 500 to 2000 candidates but not more than that.
