Dear Anjali,
I would like to tell you that cut off of any Examination depends on

The difficulty level of the entrance exam
Number of seats
Number of applicants for admissions
Previous years cutoff

Cut off for general category was 85 percentile whereas cut off for reserved category is not specific. They do have reservations for reserved category.
