Hello Dilpreet, As you are not mentioned about the your educational background and which coaching you are talking about so i am going to tell you in ageneral manner. You come from school by 4 pm and coaching intitute takes 1 hour of travelling i would suggest you to go for self study. As you have no time left for your studies after taking school or coaching. You can take vedio classes from youtube of your respective subject from home. You can take book or guidance from your school teacher of your studies. Self study is the one of the finest method used by the student where directly study by their own without any real guidance of teacher or supervision. This is the great method of learning by which a student can enhance their learning skills by self and able to think beyond the textboook. By the self study a student can explore any topic any encourage to explore more. A student can take the advantage of time utilization by its own now he/she is free to set a time table and study accordingly. The method of self study also enhances the confident level of the student and they see themself as a independent person. One of the best advantage of self study is that a student can study at her place without wasting any time to go to coaching centres. Self study usually cheaper than the pravite tutor or coachings. You have to opt a fresh environment while doing studies which helps you to concentrate in the study.
