Yes, It is worth to take the admission .The current situation keeps  the students to raise the same  question all over India.  If you are planning to study undergraduate then start the application procedure right away because you will be graduating after 4 years so, I hope the situation would be better after 3-4 months.

Right now every university is providing online classes due to this pandemic and online application is available for the respective university. But if you are planning for MS or Master's please be patient for 6 months, try to get internship or work from home job until this pandemic get's completed.
