Dear Tanmay,
I would like to tell you that MHT-CET and JEE are two different entrance Examination.
JEE preparation will definitely help you for MHT-CET, because of some similarity.
But I would suggest you to kindly go through books of MHT-CET only while preparation of the same because type of questions and pattern might vary from JEE.
so it will be better to use books of MHT-CET and previous years question papers of MHT-CET.
